LOCATION Towards the upper end of Devon Road yet within walking distance (steep in places) of Salcombe's shops, quays and restaurants. North Sands beach (via Sandhills Road) can be reached in just 2-3 minutes by car.
VIEWS Pleasant views down the estuary towards Snapes Point and glimpses through trees of the beaches at Mill Bay and Sunny Cove.
ENTRANCE Steps lead up from Devon Road to the property which is entered via a gabled porch into a spacious hallway with access to all rooms.
SITTING ROOM A comfortable sitting room with a large bay window to take in the view. Two double sofas, two chairs, TV, DVD player and iPod speakers.
KITCHEN/DINING ROOM A well equipped kitchen with a range of fitted units, gas hob and electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Pine dining table with chairs in front of the bay window.
BEDROOMS Three in total. The master bedroom has a King-size bed, wardrobe and drawers, and spacious en suite bathroom with corner bath, separate shower cubicle, wash-hand basin, w.c. and heated towel rail. The second bedroom has a pine double bed and single bed, pine drawers and wardrobe. The third bedroom has bunk beds and drawers. N.B. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels included.
BATHROOMS In addition to the en suite (above) is a family bathroom with corner bath, wash hand-basin, w.c. and heated towel rail.
UTILITY AREA At the rear of the apartment is a utility area with tumble dryer and washing machine.
OUTSIDE To the front of the apartment is a good sized area of stone terrace with lovely views. Wooden table, chairs and parasol available. From the lower terrace there is a bespoke garden bench to relax and enjoy the views out to sea.
PARKING Allocated parking for two cars to the rear of the property (access via Herbert Road) - additional parking usually available on the upper end of Devon Road or in Herbert Road.
OTHER INFORMATION Mainly oak flooring throughout. Gas fired central heating and hot water. Strictly no smokers or pets permitted. Wireless broadband available for internet access (not available for movie download or streaming).
