LOCATION Courtenay Street is a narrow road running parallel to Fore Street and the town centre, just a minute or so walk from Salcombe's shops, restaurants and stunning waterfront - small passenger ferries run regularly from Salcombe harbour to the sandy beaches of East Portlemouth and South Sands nearby.  The property backs onto Courtenay Park, which has swings, slide and other games for younger children.
KITCHEN/DINING/SITTING ROOM The entrance hallway leads into the open-plan living accommodation with polished oak flooring throughout.  The fully fitted kitchen has a double electric oven, gas hob, microwave, American-style fridge/freezer, dishwasher and wine cooler.  A large wooden extendable dining table seats eight comfortably.  The cosy sitting room has two large sofas, two leather recliners with footstools, widescreen TV with Sky HD, DVD/CD player (with surround sound) and feature fireplace with electric stove.  To the rear of the cottage (adjacent to the kitchen) is a UTILITY/WET ROOM with washing machine, tumble dryer, sink and shower area with power shower.  In addition there is a CLOAKROOM with w.c and wash-hand basin.
BEDROOMS Four in total.  On the first floor is an en suite double room with King-size wooden bed, fitted wardrobe, bedside units, drawers, television and door onto the decked terrace.  The en suite has a shower, w.c. and wash-hand basin. There is a further double room at this level also with King-size bed and television. On the second floor there are two further bedrooms, each with two single beds. N.B. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels supplied - tenants need to bring beach and tea towels.
BATH/SHOWER ROOMS In addition to the en suite shower room and wet room (ground floor) there is a family bathroom on the first floor with bath, separate shower, wash-hand basin and w.c.  There is also a shower room with w.c. and wash-hand basin adjacent to the second floor bedrooms.
OUTSIDE A passageway at the side of the cottage offers access to the back door.  Steps lead up to the lower decked terrace and then up again to a paved terrace with garden furniture, chiminea and Weber barbecue.

PARKING*A seasonal parking permit is provided for the long-stay car park valid from 19th March 2016 to 18th September 2016 for 6 months.
