LOCATION Situated in Bennett Road, just a 5-10-minute walk from the town centre and within easy access of the local shops, restaurants, beaches and waterfront.
VIEWS Stunning panoramic views over the estuary and out to sea from each of the bedrooms, the lounge/sunroom, terrace and summer house.
ENTRANCE A flight of steep stone steps leads up from the driveway to a lobby/hallway, off which is the main living accommodation and a CLOAKROOM with w.c. and wash-hand basin.
LOUNGE/DINING ROOM A comfortably furnished and newly renovated living area has lovely oak flooring, two double sofas, coffee table, sideboard, flat screen TV and DVD player.  The dining area towards the rear has a large table seating six.  The room has been extended to incorporate a light and airy SUNROOM with conservatory-style furniture large double-glazed doors open fully to offer access to the spacious terrace below.
KITCHEN/BREAKFAST ROOM The kitchen has a range of fitted units and cupboards, electric cooker (with double oven), washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer, and a breakfast bar with four stools. Door out to rear yard.
BEDROOMS Three in total.  On the first floor a good-sized double room has a King-size bed, bedside units, drawers and wardrobe, and magnificent views.  The second bedroom at this level is an en suite twin with two single beds, bedside units, drawers and wardrobe, and shower room with shower, wash-hand basin and w.c.  At second floor level is a further twin room with lovely estuary views, bedside units and wardrobe.  N.B. All duvets, pillows, linen and towels provided (excluding beach towels).
BATHROOMS In addition to the en suite shower room (above), is a family bathroom on the first floor with bath, shower (over), wash-hand basin, w.c., shaver point and heated towel rail.
OUTSIDE To the front of the house is a very attractive, fully tiled stone terrace with glass balustrading, table and chairs.  Further steps up from this level to fantastic summer house with spectacular views over the property.
PARKING For two cars on private drive.
