This cottage sleeps five people in three bedrooms, consisting of two doubles, one of which has a balcony and one ground floor single with an additional child's single. The cottage also has a bathroom, a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with dining area and gas fire. Outside there's roadside parking nearby, a front, enclosed lawned garden and a rear, enclosed lawned garden with a courtyard and furniture. 2 Kingsway Court is close to many places of interest that will suit all ages.

The Sussex coastal town of Seaford is situated at the foot of the South Downs National Park. This thriving town offers shops, traditional tea rooms, pubs, restaurants and two golf courses.

This semi detached house although comfortable is on an extremely bypass. The traffic noise is all day and night long. There is no parking apart from a small lay by on the bypass and if you do manage to get a space you land up sitting in the car for ages before it is safe to open the door to get out. You can park opposite outside some shops but then you have to cross the bypass that does not have a controlled pedestrian crossing and the cars travel so fast round the bend you have to be prepared to run across. Not ideal if you have children or older guests. Whilst there we had a neighbour knock on the door to ask us to move our car as she said her elderly mother could not see round the bend to cross the road and if we didn't move it she would have to call the police. We got the impression that neighbours liked to 'bag' one of the four spaces in the lay by. If I had known about the by pass I would not have booked.
