ENTRANCE From the driveway, steps lead down into the hallway with access to bedrooms, kitchen, dining area and sitting room.
SITTING/DINING ROOM Large, open plan living area, with laminate flooring. Very tastefully furnished sitting area with two large white leather sofas, a leather armchair, nest of tables, large flatscreen television and DVD player. The dining area has a glass-topped table with white leather-backed dining chairs seating six comfortably. Access to the large South-facing patio.
KITCHEN Elegant kitchen with Corian work surfaces, fitted units, Neff four-ring ceramic hob, electric oven and grill, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher.
BEDROOMS Three in total. The master bedroom has a King-size bed, fitted wardrobes, units, bedside tables, TV/DVD (only for viewing DVD's) , and en suite bathroom with bath, shower (over), wash hand-basin and w.c. The second bedroom has a super-King size bed (that can be split to create two 3' single beds on request), bedside units, chest of drawers, and en suite bathroom with bath, shower (over), wash hand-basin, w.c. and heated towel rail. There is access to the patio from this bedroom, and lovely sea views. The third bedroom is a twin with two single beds, wardrobe, bedside units, TV/VHS (only for viewing VHS tapes) and sea views. N.B. All duvets, pillows, linen and towels - excluding those for the beach - are included.
BATHROOMS In addition to the two en-suite bathrooms (see above) is a family shower room with shower cubicle, wash hand-basin, w.c, shaver point and light.
OUTSIDE Large South-facing patio with garden chairs and small table - accessible from the sitting room and second bedroom. There is also access to a large shared lawn area, and the South West Coast Path is directly accessed via a gate adjacent to the property.
PARKING For two cars on the driveway. Additional parking usually available in the village nearby.
OTHER INFORMATION Oil fired central heating providing hot water. Mainly wooden floors in the living areas and carpeted bedrooms. Strictly no smoking. Regret no pets. Wireless broadband internet available as is a telephone for local and incoming calls only.
