We stayed in this apartment with a 3 year old, a teenager, 4 adults and a pensioner and it was a great holiday. The place is very well kept, is clean and well decorated. The owners were very nice, helpful and gave advice on places to eat and visit. The owners have left toys for the children which is a lovely touch, DVD's and books. The location is fantastic and is between the seafront and the town with a view of the sea from the balcony. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.
The kitchen was well stocked with cutlery and crockery and all of the appliances are clean and good quality. There was plenty of space and the bedrooms are a decent size. The only thing that was missing was internet but I understand the difficulty of this. Our mobiles did not get a good reception so this could not be used either but this is probably a good thing as we had a teenager with us :). You will not be disappointed with this holiday home. One piece of advice is to buy a weekly car park pass as this covers quite a few places in North Devon. The person below offered his parking space but as we were traveling around so much, we found this more suitable.
It is a bit of a distance but if you get chance, the Williams Arms in Braunton has a fantastic carvery and the building itself is a stunning thatched restaurant. Google it and you will see what I mean.
