Bright, well equipped open plan kitchen with fridge, electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster etc. Freezer is located in a cupboard in the Bathroom. Comfortable sofas in the lounge area with large decked balcony overlooking estuary, plus TV, DVD, music centre etc. Cloakroom with w.c. and hand basin.
BEDROOMS Two on top floor with estuary views. Bedroom 1 with 5' double bed, en suite shower room with shower, handbasin and w.c. Bedroom 2 with bunk beds. Bedroom 3 on lower ground floor with double bed. N.B. Duvets and pillows provided, tenants require own linen and towels.
BATHROOMS In addition to the en suite is a family bathroom with bath, shower (over), hand basin, w.c.
UTILTY ROOM with washing machine, tumble drier and large sink.
OUTSIDE Large decked balcony with table and chairs.
PARKING A yard at rear of property provides useful outside space plus parking for one car only.
