LOCATION In a quiet, mainly residential area of the town yet within an easy five minute walk of Salcombe's famous waterfront, shops and restaurants. Eddystone Row is a newly built terrace of four houses.

ENTRANCE Through entrance porch into hallway with access to ground floor en-suite bedroom and also to the garage. Stairs lead up to the first open plan living area and then up to the second floor bedrooms. 

KITCHEN/DINING ROOM Newly fitted modern kitchen with granite worktops, double Belfast sink, Bosch oven and ceramic hob with extractor, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, newly laid oak flooring. The dining area has a table to seat eight people. There are three small steps leading down into the Sitting Room. 

SITTING ROOM with two large sofas and beanbags for children, TV with DVD player and Wii games console. Bi-folding doors lead to an outside decked area with bistro table and four chairs, further steps lead down to the garden.

BEDROOMS Four in total. On the ground floor is a double bedroom with double bed, matching bedside units and built in wardrobe, wall mounted TV with ensuite shower room with rain head shower, wash hand basin, w.c. and heated towel rail.  This bedroom also has access to the garden through bi-folding doors. On the second floor, double bedroom with double bed, matching bedside units and wardrobe with ensuite shower room with rain head shower, wash hand basin, w.c. and heated towel rail.  A twin bedroom with two metal framed single beds, bedside unit, and wardrobe and then a fourth bedroom, which has been designed with children in mind, with wooden bunk beds, toy chest and built in wardrobe.  N.B. All duvets, pillows, linen and towels (except those for the beach) provided. 

BABY FRIENDLY Travel cot and highchair available.

BATHROOM In addition to the two ensuite shower rooms there is a family bathroom on the second floor with shower over the bath, hand wash basin, w.c. and heated towel rail. 

OUTSIDE To the rear of the property, accessed from bi-folding doors from the Sitting Room is a decked area with steps leading to a lawned garden (not enclosed). 

PARKING Parking for one car on the driveway in front of the property. A parking permit between 26th March and 25th September 2016 is provided for the long stay carpark for a second car. 

OTHER INFORMATION Ground and first floor have oak flooring, tiled flooring in the bathrooms and carpets in the bedrooms. The property enjoys the benefits of air sourced heating and hot water. This property will accommodate a maximum of six adults - as the fourth bedroom is suitable for children only. Pets are not permitted.
