3 The Priory is a beautiful, ground floor apartment located a short distance from Shanklin. The property has been newly renovated and boasts spectacular sea and bay views from every window.

Internally, the property is furnished to a very high standard throughout and offers an open plan kitchen/living/dining area. Externally, the furnished decked balcony is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the stunning views out to sea. The property also offers an off-street parking space.

Located in Luccombe village, the property is conveniently positioned for access to Shanklin beach and has easy access to a coastal path. The property is a short drive from the attractive resort centre of Shanklin. Here, the seafront is the focal point and features several eating establishments and pubs. The town is famed for its good weather, safe sandy beach and the picturesque Old Village.

From March to December

Day passes for access to leisure facilities (swim, sauna, jacuzzi and mini gym) for guests staying at 3 The Priory are available from the Bourne Hall Country Hotel at a small charge. Beauty therapies and treatments are also available by prior arrangement
