LOCATION Blue View is set in Devon Road approximately 10-15 minutes walk from Salcombe's delightful waterfront, shops, pubs and restaurants. The beautiful sandy beaches of East Portlemouth and Millbay can be quickly accessed via the small passenger ferry that runs from the town all year round.
VIEWS Superb estuary and country views over the town and across towards South Pool Creek, Batson and across to East Portlemouth, Portlemouth Down and Millbay.
ENTRANCE A secure shared entrance opens into the development at ground floor level. A flight of stairs then leads to the apartment entrance on the first floor.
KITCHEN/LOUNGE/DINING ROOM A light and bright open plan room offers a superb views over the town, estuary and surrounding countryside stretching far into the distance. The sitting area features two small yet comfortable sofas, television (with Freeview) and DVD player. The well equipped modern kitchen has a range of floor and wall-mounted units, black granite worktops, integrated electric oven and halogen hob, microwave, slimline dishwasher, washer/dryer and fridge/freezer. BEDROOMS Two in total. The en suite master bedroom on the lower level has a white wooden framed King-size bed, matching bedside units, fitted wardrobes, dressing table and stool. The en suite has a fully tiled shower cubicle, w.c, wash-hand basin and heated towel rail. The second bedroom at second floor level has two single beds, chair and small French doors opening to a Juliet balcony. Fitted drawers are located on the adjacent landing. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels are supplied - tenants require beach towels.
BATHROOMS In addition to the en suite shower room (above) is a family bathroom on the second floor with bath, wash-hand basin, w.c. and heated towel rail. A small CLOAKROOM on the lower level has a w.c. and basin.
OUTSIDE To the front of the apartment (accessed via a pathway to the side of the development) is a terrace area with lovely views. A garden table, four chairs, sun lounger and barbecue are available.
PARKING Allocated space for one small to medium sized car only in a covered off-road parking area (beneath the building).
