APARTMENT 4 (1st/2nd Floors) 

LOCATION Set in a mainly residential, quiet part of the town, Lyndhurst is within a 10 minute downhill walk to Salcombe's famous waterfront, boutiques and restaurants.  

VIEWS Superb estuary and country views over the town and across to South Pool Creek, Batson and Kingsbridge.
HALLWAY Entrance to the property is via a pleasant reception area stretching through the building to the rear, where a further door opens to communal gardens and sun terraces. A staircase leads to the upper floors and an entrance to the apartment.
LOUNGE/KITCHEN/DINING ROOM This lovely, light and bright room with three quarter height window offers a superb view over the town, estuary and surrounding countryside stretching far into the distance. The sitting area features two comfortable sofas (forming an L-shape to seat five comfortably), flat screen TV, DVD player, PS3 Games Console and CD hi-fi. The well equipped, Shaker-style kitchen has blue pearl granite worktops, double oven and ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, fridge/ freezer and microwave. Dining area with oak table and chairs.
EN SUITE BEDROOMS Two in total - both on the upper level. The master bedroom suite has a King-size bed with pocket-sprung mattress, wardrobe, TV and bean bag in front of the gable end window to take in the fantastic view. En suite bathroom with bath, shower (over), w.c and wash-hand basin. The second bedroom is also a very good size and again enjoys fantastic views stretching from East Portlemouth to Snapes Point. Twin single beds with third single bed 'stacked' beneath for a third child if required, TV and en-suite shower room with power shower, w.c. and wash-hand basin. N.B. All duvets, pillows and bed linen supplied - tenants require all towels.
OUTSIDE Use of communal gardens to the rear. These have been landscaped to create separate lawn terraces, the upper of which has a view of the estuary between Lyndhurst and its neighbouring property. The gardens have well stocked borders, shrubs and other plants including a mature palm.
PARKING Off-road parking for one car only in front of Lyndhurst - other parking is usually available nearby.
