4 Roberts Row is a terraced cottage in the village of Beckley, 6.5 miles from Rye in East Sussex. The cottage sleeps three people in two double bedrooms. There is also a bathroom, a kitchen, an external utility, and a sitting room with a dining area and a woodburner. Outside there is unrestricted roadside parking nearby and lawned gardens with a patio. Walks and wildlife, castles and steam trains, beaches and leafy lanes, a holiday at this quaint, quirky cottage offers something for everyone at any time of year.
The village of Beckley, dating back to the 1700s, sits in the Sussex countryside, and has enjoyed a varied past, including heavy involvement with ironworks and forestry. Beckley remains a quintessential English village with local shops, churches and a village hall staging events throughout the year, with race nights, craft fairs and even an amateur theatre group all taking their turn. Popular for its beautiful woodland and their numerous walks, the River Rother also runs close by and is great for a summer stroll or a picnic on the riverbank.

Note: There are 2 steps up between the kitchen and sitting room. Note: There are 3 steps up from the landing to one of the double bedrooms. Note: 4' double bed accessed from one side only. Note: The doorway to the standard double bedroom and bathroom are low. Note: Due to the period of this cottage the stairs are very steep, with a rope banister, and the floors are uneven in places, not suitable for those with limited mobility. Note: There is a shared front pathway and right of way that runs along the rear of the cottage to adjoining cottages. Note: No children under 12 years allowed. Note: Check-in time 4pm.
