It was a quiet street but so easy to get everywhere, especially if you like walking. A good way to see all the lovely buildings and explore all the attractions. The flat was cosy, light and welcoming.

I absolutely loved everything about the holiday. The standard of 5 Bellevue Crescent, far exceeded our expectation. The standard of furnishings was excellent and the location was fantastic we just loved the whole, delightful experience. Sent photos by email to family and friends. Will definitely return. Thank you so much.

We have taken a December break in Edinburgh for the past four years and this was by far the most fantastic accommodation so far. It is truly a magnificent flat. Every room is perfect. By far and away this is the way to stay in Edinburgh. We spent a week in a flat that is certainly 5 Star for a price of 1 night for two rooms in a hotel. Everything about this flat is superb and we will certainly be back year after year. Thank you.

We had a lovely stay at Bellevue Crescent. The property was actually much better than the pictures. It had a cosy feel which we needed after long walks round Edinburgh. The kitchen was spacious and meant we preferred to eat at home rather than go to a restaurant. We would definitely come back again and recommend to friends and family visiting Edinburgh.

A very spacious Georgian apartment, in a good location close to the city centre and bus stops. Also wine bars, and a supermarket. Edinburgh is a fabulous vibrant city, with lots to do and see, with great shops as well.

It was a great central location. We enjoyed the spacious apartment, especially the kitchen. So easy to walk everywhere, no car needed for a short stay. The bus tour up to the Highlands was a great day out.

The property is ideally placed for visiting Edinburgh. The apartment was roomy with good cooking facilities. Had a lovely big TV and easy to manage heating which we definitely needed in the evenings. There was plenty to do and see in Edinburgh which is a lovely destination.

Excellent, large apartment which is ideal for exploring Edinburgh. We stayed during the Festival; there was almost too much to see and do, and we were there for two weeks! Everything is within walking distance, and bus services are excellent. The area is very quiet. Just round the corner are excellent shops and restaurants. There is a good-sized supermarket nearby (it is in the opposite direction to the city).

My two sisters and I stayed in this apartment for a week. It was all that the advertisement indicated and more. The bedrooms were spacious and extremely comfortable. The kitchen was beautiful as was the reception room.In particular the bathroom was extremely well appointed, very clean and no problem with damp or drainage. Being on the first floor would be the only draw back for less abled bodied persons. One tip- parking can be obtained a few blocks away for 4 pound a day, this was discovered on speaking with the parking officer. Parking at the apartment from 5pm - 8.30 am and at weekends was free. It was a hassle to move the car at times. We stayed in 12 holiday rentals over a 9 week period and this was by far the most superior

Booked with friends for a long weekend. Impressive but very comfortable interior close to all places of interest. As it was St Andrews Day on the Sunday and Xmas markets were in Princess St Gardens the city was very busy and loads of tourists. Calton Hill worth the effort given the view and as a bonus admission to the Castle and Holyrood House were free as it was St Andrews Day. Well worth a visit if you like a traditional pub is the Guildford Arms where we spent a very enjoyable couple of hours watching Wales beat the Springboks. Eating out was reasonable and good quality wherever we chose. Would recommend this property as an ideal base for visiting the city.
