Guyscliff is a completely refurbished and spacious detached house in the unspoilt town of Salcombe, offering extensive valley views and within a short distance of North Sands Beach.

Situated in the most southerly part of Devon, Salcombe is a harbour town with an extensive waterfront. This has led to Salcombe becoming one of the most popular places for pleasure sailing and yachting in the UK. Surrounded by picturesque villages, secluded beaches and situated on the coastal path, Salcombe is an ideal base for exploring the coast and country.

The nearest beach to Guyscliff is North Sands, a pet-friendly beach with fine golden sand. This beach can be accessed by footpath from the property which takes approximately 10-15 minutes.

A high chair, travel cot with baby mattress and stair gate are available for family bookings.

Main family bathroom situated on the lower ground floor features a WC, wash basin, bath with shower mixer taps and a mirror.

Shower room comprises double shower cubicle, wash basin and WC.
