LOCATION The property is on Knowle Road, approximately 10-15 minutes downhill walk (steep in places) to Salcombe town centre with its array of boutique shops, pubs and restaurants.
ENTRANCE A number of stone steps lead up from the parking area to a covered entrance and into a good sized hallway with wooden flooring, off which are oak and glass stairs to the second floor bedroom.
SITTING ROOM/KITCHEN A delightful open plan living space has a sitting area with two double sofas, occasional furniture, widescreen TV and wood-burning stove (not in use). On the second floor is an open plan en suite master bedroom (built into the eaves) with super-King size bed, bedside units, drawers and TV. Within the room is a contemporary freestanding bath, vanity unit with basin, and w.c. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels are provided. Tenants will require beach and tea towels.
BATH/SHOWER ROOMS In addition to the en suite (above) is a family shower room on the lower floor with walk-in shower, w.c. and wash-hand basin.
OUTSIDE To the rear of the property is an area of sloping lawn, accessed via steep stone steps (not suitable for younger children).
PARKING Off road parking on slightly sloping drive for one car only.
