ACCOMMODATION A beautifully designed and tastefully furnished second floor apartment in a New England theme with stunning sea views. The entrance door leads into a good sized hallway which leads into all rooms.
KITCHEN/DINING/SITTING ROOM A very spacious, light and sunny living area built into the roof space with wonderful sea views and presented to a very high standard.  Fully-equipped kitchen with granite worktops, custom-made fitted units, range of Neff equipment including induction hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave and breakfast bar with three stools.  The dining area has a long table with six 'Cath Kidston' chairs.  The comfortable sitting area has a large modular sofa  with funky cushions and footstool, coffee table, wall-mounted TV with Freeview, DVD player, iPod docking unit and retro telephone!  At the far end of the room a small round table and two chairs are strategically placed in front of the bay window to make the most of the view across the cliffs and out to sea, with the Start Point Lighthouse in the distance - a glazed door opens out to a Juliet balcony. 
BEDROOMS To the front of the apartment is an en suite double bedroom with King-size bed, wardrobe, drawers, TV and delightful sea views.  The en suite is beautifully designed with bath, shower (over), w.c., heated towel rail and vanity unit with basin. The second double bedroom also has a King-size bed and views out to sea.  All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels are supplied.  N.B. A third bedroom is available on request only for an additional £100.00 per week - this room has a single bed with wardrobe and drawers, and French doors that open to a Juliet balcony overlooking the rear gardens and swimming pool.
BATHROOMS In addition to the en suite above is a sunny shower room with shower unit, wash-hand basin, w.c. and heated towel rail.
OUTSIDE Communal gardens and terrace with spectacular sea views at the front of Prospect House - further landscaped gardens to the rear.
LEISURE FACILITIES Outdoor heated swimming pool (usually open from early May to late September each season) and all-weather tennis court.
PARKING For one car at the property plus visitor bays nearby
OTHER INFORMATION The property enjoys the benefit of gas central heating and hot water system. Broadband available.
