LOCATION In a quiet mainly residential area of the town yet within a mostly level 5-10 minute walk of Salcombe's famous waterfront, shops and restaurants.
ENTRANCE Steps lead up from Coronation Road to the main entrance, and then into a long hallway with space for coats and shoes.
KITCHEN/DINING/SITTING ROOM A very well designed and tastefully presented open plan area. The modern, well-equipped kitchen has a range of fitted Shaker units, oak and granite worktops, 3-oven Aga, four-ring gas hob, electric oven, double Belfast sink, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Tumble dryer and washing machine in separate cupboard areas off kitchen. The dining area has an extending table with eight rattan chairs, feature fireplace and bay window. The room extends into a light and bright sitting room with high vaulted ceiling and roof windows - it is comfortably furnished with two double sofas, two armchairs, bookshelves, oak tables, TV and DVD player.
BEDROOMS Four in total. On the first floor is an en suite double room with King-size bed, feature fireplace, shelving and hanging space. The en suite bathroom has a small bath, hand-held shower, wash-hand basin, w.c. and heated towel rail. Also on the first floor is a second bedroom with double bed, bedside units, drawers and feature fireplace. At the 2nd floor (attic) level there are two further bedrooms, each with bunk beds (for children only). N.B. All duvets, pillows and bed linen and bath/hand towels included - tenants require beach towels.
BABY FRIENDLY FACILITIES A travel cot and highchair are available.
BATHROOMS Three. In addition to the en suite above there is a modern shower room at ground floor level with rainhead shower, wash-hand basin, w.c. and heated towel rail, and a further small shower room on the second floor, also with w.c., wash-hand basin and towel rail.
OUTSIDE To the rear of the property is a good sized area of mature garden with raised deck for dining. At the front is a paved terrace with wooden table, bench seating and chairs.
PARKING A parking permit from 3rd April to 2nd October 2015 for one car is provided for the long-stay car park.
