Welcome to the Anaghkeen Cottages

Annaghkeen Cottages are three beautifully renovated self catering apartments, nestling in a small townland on the shores of world famous Lough Corrib.

We are located approximately four miles from the town of Headford, and 16 miles from the city of Galway. Here you will find the perfect blend of country life, but within easy reach of the lively and friendly city of Galway.

Cottage 1
This Cottage has beautiful views of the surrounding countryside and Lough Corrib.

It has one large mezzanine bedroom with a double and a single bed, a wardrobe/chest of drawers and bed locker. Two large roof windows ensure that the room is bright and well ventilated. Bed linen is provided free of charge.

Downstairs is a comfortable room with a solid fuel stove (starter pack provided) and TV with DVD. The small but well equipped kitchen has a fridge and a gas cooker, microwave, kettle and toaster as well as plenty of storage space for supplies. Gas and electricity are all included in the price.

Off this room is the fully tiled shower room and WC. Towels are provided.

The cottage is centrally heated throughout and with double glazed windows, turf burning stove and walls over three feet thick, it is as cosy and warm in the Winter time as it is cool and comfortable in the Summer.
Private parking is provided for several cars.

A well equipped laundry room is freely available with a washing machine, tumble dryer and large butler sink.

Cottage 2

Downstairs there is a large comfortable room with a solid fuel stove (starter pack provided) and TV with DVD.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need, fridge, gas cooker, microwave, kettle toaster and plenty of storage space. Gas and electricity are included in the price.

Off this room is a good sized bathroom with bath, shower and WC. Towels are provided.
