Apartment 2 was very clean, cosy and well situated with roadside parking. It was a couple of minutes walk to the beautiful sandy beach in Rhosneigr, and the village which has cafe's restaurants and shops. Places of interest and attractions are within easy travelling distance.

We enjoyed the warmth of the place when we arrived - lovely after a long tiring journey in the rain! Relaxing flat with good access to beach if weather had been 'summer'! Also close to essential shops and easy road to visit other beaches or places of interest.

Sadly we were disappointed with this property. There is only one frosted glass window in the living room which gave an impression of a converted garage, not somewhere to curl up in a chair with a book and looking at the lovely view. The settee was uncomfortable and the cushions ready for a wash and the only other chair was a tub chair. The kitchen was moderately equipped but nicely set out but your housekeepers let you down when I had to wash out a dirty kitchen bin as it had been used without a bin liner.. The heating was not so good and a clothes airer had to be used every day to dry towels. The bedroom carpet was stained and the windows need the mould washed off.The bed has parts where you can feel the springs and there was a hollow on my side of the bed..the side with no bedside lamp. The bathroom was lovely but lack of heating spoiled it. The patio had no nice flowers or pots like in the picture just a wheelie bin and 2 recycling bins. Even in cold weather I enjoy sitting out with my coffee (and a coat on) but the patio was not a welcoming place. The owners were very helpful when we had to report that only one set of towels were left and then next day the Freesat had packed up. We did get used to the apartment but it did not match the description of "spacious, light and airy". This property is due an inspection from the agents and ready for a deep clean. It reminded me of a beach chalet and I would not imagine it is warm in winter. The area is wonderful but if you do not like noisy jet flying practice then go to another part of the island as they are definitely a conversation stopper!! We self cater 4 or 5 times a year and in the last 12 years I have had to give negative feedback only twice. These comments were left in the visitor book for the owners. We did "get used" to the property as the week went on but it was not what we thought we were booking. Sorry

This is a delightful small ground floor apartment. Perfect for a short break or longer holiday. It is clean and modern with all the facilities one could need including washing machine, fridge freezer and modern flat screen television with free sat. It is conveniently positioned by a path which leads down to the beach, however due to a lot of rainfall the path was not suitable for use by anyone who is a little infirm or has a pushchair. There are lots of interesting places to visit and Holyhead is only a short distance away where one could take a day trip to Ireland. I would thoroughly recommend this accommodation and would not hesitate in returning for another holiday.

Rhosneigr is a beautiful remote place to visit for a quiet relaxing holiday. The cottage we stayed at was only 5 minutes from the train station one way and 5 minutes from the shops and restaurants the other way. It is situated next to a lovely beach and close to the RaF base, which we found really fascinating. The sunsets on the beach are amazing. The cottage itself was lovely with everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this cottage holiday!
June 2013
A small but more than adequate rental property with stunning views from the kitchen window with a short stroll to the sand dunes of the impressive Rhosneigr beach. We used this as a base for walking the coastal path and were not dispppointed. Facilities were great and it was ideal.
October 2013
the apartment was lovely and had everything we needed, and more. Really lovely views from the kitchen/diner and easy access to the beach. Enjoyed watching the planes.
August 2014
Extremely comfortable and well placed apartment. We really enjoyed how quiet and close it was to the coastline. Very good facilities and had a nice presentation and feel about it. We locked ourselves out so ended up meeting the owner who could have not been more friendlier or understanding. We would highly recommend

It was really close to the main beach which was quite convenient. The sunsets over the headland were a delight and the location proved an ideal base from which to explore anglesey.
December 2011
Perfectly positioned at the top of a path leading down to the beach, the children demanded to visit the beach every morning in their wellies. Perfect if you are single parent with two children as the kids can have the bedroom if you are prepared to sleep on the sofa bed in the front room. The flat had everything we needed as a base. Would have been nice to have a visitors book to refer to which details clearly what is nearby to visit and where the larger supermarkets are located.

spent a few days in the lovely village of Rhosneigor and this little apartment is perfect. Its a clean comforable place to stay with everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible, plus theres one or two little extras that make it that bit special. A lovely comfortable bed guarantee's a good nights sleep after a day on the beach or exploring the Isle of angelesy and beyond. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and the small dining area gives you a place to eat with your family and share your stories before you settle down in the comfortable living room and relax in front of the TV. A clean, modern bathroom has plenty of clean linen so you can refresh after a hard days exploring. I would reccomend this apartment to anybody and can't wait to return again, it feels like a second home to me
