BABY FRIENDLY EQUIPMENT A travel cot and folding wooden highchair are supplied.

Running mooring is free and shall accomodate a small boat/dingy up to 2.5 metres. A swinging mooring is also available for boats up to 17"(subject to availability, this must be booked in advance) for £150 per week
PARKING Allocated parking for one large/two small cars in the garage on Cliff Road. (Dimensions can be provided on request).
OTHER INFORMATION The apartment has gas-fired central heating and hot water throughout with carpet in all the main rooms. Strictly no smokers or pets. Wireless broadband internet available. The accommodation is accessed via a flight of steps up from garage area on Cliff Road.
