STUNNING UNINTERRUPTED VIEWS OVER THE ESTUARY AND TOWARDS THE SEA SLEEPS 4 2 Backing directly onto the estuary where the rivers Taw and Torridge meet this period four bedroom home has been recently refurbished to a high standard and offers excellent views in an ideal location. It is a few yards from the rockpools and one of Appledore s best family pubs and a 5 minute level walk from Appledore s quayside with its fishing boats crabbing lines galleries and restaurants. There is much to do in the area. Across the estuary is the pretty village of Instow with its sand dunes and sailing club. Or 1 mile in the other direction takes you to the sandy beaches of Westward Ho! the salt marshes of Northam Burrows and the site of England s oldest golf course The Royal North Devon. Other attractions which are short trips away include Clovelly Lundy Island The Big Sheep and The Milky Way. Or you could just enjoy the evening views of the estuary from the small enclosed patio area. Seals have been spotted just below the house. The accommodation is arranged over three floors and retains much charm including steep cottage-style stairs. There are FOUR bedrooms: on the second floor there are 2 singles both accessed via a step up 1 with estuary views and additional trundle bed (can be made into a double or twin on request) and 1 with en-suite shower and WC. On the first floor is 1 large double and 1 bunk room with 2 6 beds (suitable for children under 12). Bathroom: on the first floor has 4 6 bath with shower over bath heated towel rail and WC. The ground floor offers an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner: well-equipped with cooker fridge/freezer dishwasher washing machine (in understairs cupboard) microwave and seating area with a step down to bi-folding patio doors leading to a terrace. The lounge area offers a sitting area with TV and DVD. Outside: glass balustrade terrace with uninterrupted views over the estuary and towards the sea. Amenities: parking is in nearby car park or roadside parking within 5 minute walk. Bed linen Wi-Fi electric and central heating included. Cot and highchair available. 1 dog welcome (2 small dogs by arrangement). Regret no smoking within the property. Location: rock pools 15 yards beach 1 mile pubs and shops short walking distance.
