Many quaint villages await discovery nearby Clovelly being of particular note with its steep stepped cobbled streets which lead down to a pretty harbour Instow with its sandy beach wealth of pubs and restaurants and the ancient pannier market town of Bideford that is home to the Oldenburg with its boat to Lundy Island. Beach lovers will delight in the wide sandy beaches the nearest being Westward Ho! Walkers can enjoy the spectacular scenery of the coastal path and The Tarka Trail which gives you many miles of safe track for walking or cycling and are close by. Nearby are the family attractions of The Milky Way and The Big Sheep both hugely popular with children. The accommodation arranged over three floors is spacious and beautifully furnished offering FOUR bedrooms: on the second floor there is 1 king size and 1 twin capturing views over the river. On the first floor is 1 super king 1 twin and 1 baby room with cot nursing chair and changing facilities. Bathroom: on the first floor large with period bath large walk-in shower cubicle WC and underfloor heating. On the second floor a high specification shower room with WC. Ground floor cloak room with WC is located just off the utility room. Lounge: with coal effect gas fire leather sofas 42 Smart TV Freeview DVD a selection of films and books. Second lounge located on the first floor with 42 TV Freeview and DVD and a selection of toys and games. Kitchen/diner: well-equipped with original floor tiles farmhouse-style units Range cooker fridge freezer dishwasher and iPod dock. The dining area has solid wood floors with seating for 8 perfect for everyone to sit and enjoy meals together. Utility room: adjoining the kitchen houses the washing machine tumble dryer microwave and an additional fridge. Outside: from the hallway there is a door leading out to the wide stone sun-trapped terrace with seating perfect for a drink or a BBQ.
