Outside, there is roadside parking available on a first come, first served basis, along with bike storage and a private, rear garden with patio furniture. Archway House occupies a peaceful position, surrounded by charming walking and cycling scenery, and provides guests with a wonderful holiday home.
The small, pretty village of Nawton lies three miles from the historic market and castle towns of Helmsley and Kirkbymoorside. The main village street is lined with stone built cottages, and has an excellent pub serving food, a fish and chip shop and a pub converted into an Indian restaurant. Surrounded by the stunning countryside of the North York Moors, it is ideally situated for great walking opportunities.
The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.
