The property is spacious and comfortable offering guests a relaxing stay. Guests are welcome to explore the owners land and sample some of the produce raised on this environmentally friendly farm. At certain times of the year experience farming activities including lambing.There are lovely walks and footpaths crossing the farm which hosts an abundance of wildlife . The regional town of Barnstaple offers theatre cinema bowling leisure centre pannier market high street shops bars and restaurants. The coast is nearby offering sandy beaches ideal for surfing and sunbathing and secluded coves if you want to get away from the crowds. Both Exmoor and Dartmoor are a short drive offering great walks beautiful scenery wildlife and moorland villages. Leisure activities available locally include two local golf courses swimming tennis horse riding fishing and health and beauty spa; there is something for everyone. The many attractions in the area to suit all tastes which include Cobbaton Combat Museum National Trust property Arlington Court Dartington Crystal and RHS Rosemoor Gardens to name a few. In the evenings enjoy a BBQ in the enclosed patio and garden.
