SLEEPS 2 1 REGRET NO CHILDREN UNDER 12 YEARS These renovated spacious detached barns have been furnished and equipped to a high standard with character features throughout. Set across the courtyard these cottages are perfect to let together with living space being very spacious and equipped for up to 6 people. Positioned within a rural hamlet perfect for those wanting peace and tranquillity with only a 15 minute drive to the centre of Barnstaple which has a vibrant array of leisure facilities and a huge selection of pubs restaurants and shops. Walking and cycling on the Tarka Trail is within easy reach. You will be ideally situated for touring all that the West country has to offer from the rugged landscapes of Dartmoor and Exmoor to breathtaking beaches and coastlines including Westward Ho! Croyde Saunton and renowned Woolacombe. For the golfers there are a number of nearby golf courses and driving ranges. Other interesting places nearby include Tapeley Park Cobbaton Combat Museum Dartington Crystal and Arlington Court. Further along the coast to Cornwall are the popular tourist destinations of The Eden Project Padstow and Newquay with their wealth of galleries restaurants picturesque harbours and beautiful golden sandy beaches. Amenities: off-road parking for 1 car per property. Bed linen towels WiFi electric included. No smoking inside the properties. Additional info: free use of adult mountain bikes by arrangement with owners. Location: the beach at Instow is 7 miles away major supermarkets are within 5 miles and the highly regarded Hunters Inn pub is 2 miles by car. Fabulous open-plan layout gives you a feeling of space and tranquillity offering ONE bedroom: galleried with king-size bed shower room and WC accessed by the feature spiral staircase a tremendous feature for the property. Across the open gallery you will find a small snug area with pull-out sofa bed perfect for an older child or adult. Lounge: with recliner leather sofas TV DVD Freeview iPod docking station Nintendo Wii and woodburner (first basket of logs and kindling included thereafter 5 per basket). Kitchen/diner: has cooker microwave fridge with freezer compartment dishwasher and radio. Outside: exclusive use of hot tub (if you are booking the property to stay between 1st December to 15th March the hot tub will be available at a charge of 50 per week and 10 per night for short breaks payable at time of booking. This charge does not apply to Christmas and New Year breaks.) with south facing enclosed decked area seating and BBQ perfect for an evening relaxing. Amenities: 2 well-behaved dogs welcome however please do not allow them to go upstairs. Underfloor heating included. Additional information: regret no children under the age of 12.
