A really lovely property, perfectly cosy for a couple. There was lots of information about things to do nearby and leaflets provided, including an OS map. There is a good, large supermarket in the village.

The Barn itself is cosy and ideal for a quiet getaway. It surpassed all our expectations and would love to visit again. We couldn't have asked for a better place to visit and more perfect accommodation for a few days away from home and work!

The view from the bedroom window was incredible. The log burner in the main room was a fantastic touch and the property was nicely decorated and really felt like a home from home! The kitchen was clean and well stocked with everything (and more) than we could have needed. There was also a great collection of DVDs and books available. The bed was also incredibly comfortable.

This was a perfect getaway for us and our dog. Wonderful town and country walks on our doorstep and we could have easily spent longer there rather than the four nights. The barn is beautifully converted, very cosy and spacious, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owners left a really helpful folder with things to do, and were very welcoming and friendly. It was quiet, peaceful and relaxing. We would love to visit again some time, and highly recommend it for any kind of getaway.

We have stayed here for a week and wish that it was longer! We've had a great time walking in the surrounding countryside. The views from the many nearby hills are spectacular and well worth the climbs up. Our labrador has been suitably tired out which is always a bonus! The cottage itself is beautiful-very cosy with the woodburning stove. The view from the lovely big window in the bedroom is a delight to wake up to every day. It is in the perfect location for walking as well as being only a short drive from some lovely towns which have been very nice to potter around-the market in Ludlow was great for our christmas shopping. Great cottage, great holiday -can't wait to come back!

A fabulous property in a great location and the owners were excellent.

Stayed here for a week, to have some peace and quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of larger towns. We certainly got that, in a wonderful barn conversion, with log burning fire and all the necessary luxuries to make this a most enjoyable stay. We took our dog and went out walking on the hills most days, with a trip to the coast, Barmouth, on the one, non walking day. The cottage is perfect if you have a dog, as it is wooden floor throughout, making it easier to keep clean. There is also a lovely little decking area to sit out and watch the sun go down and a fenced area that the dog can wander round, with the minimum of supervision. This is a perfect type of accommodation, if you enjoy walking and there are plenty of dog friendly pubs throughout the counties. I cannot recommend this highly enough.
