Dartmouths boutiques, restaurants and tea rooms, as well as the river itself are just a 10 minute walk away. Blackpool Sands beach is a 5-10 minute drive whilst Woodlands Theme Park is just 3 miles outside of Dartmouth.

Also at this level is a second double bedroom with King-size bed, bedside units, chest of drawers, wardrobe and wall mounted flat screen TV. On the second floor are two further bedrooms (both built into the eaves), one of which has a double bed, bedside units, hanging space and chest of drawers and the fourth bedroom has a single bed (with additional single trundle bed stored below and available on request), bedside unit, hanging space, chest of drawers and wonderful views.
