My wife and I had a very enjoyable week at Brock Cottage, which is located on the south-western outskirts of Beaulieu within the New Forest National park. After much Trip Advisor research and planning we decided that Brock Cottage would probably be what we were after, and it WAS. We wanted a base that would enable us to enjoy our week regardless of possible variable autumn weather. We also wanted a peaceful comfortable home away from home, located to enable us to travel in various directions, exploring countryside, National Trust properties, historic cities and cathedrals as well as experiencing the New Forest National Park, Portsmouth etc.
Communications, booking etc all worked very smoothly and we found the two storey cottage to be very roomy. Downstairs there is a large fully equipped kitchen/dining and a separate entry lobby. Upstairs is a large bedroom, a spate bathroom and cosy spate lounge/TV room. All with central heating and pleasant views of owners adjoining house and garden, as well as the countryside beyond (New Forest horses and donkeys).
Brock Cottage is an older property, but it is well looked after in good condition and very comfortable. We had a great week and were thoroughly satisfied with our choice
