10 members of our family, aged from 8 to 80 plus paddy the dog, really enjoyed a week in Brockhampton Gate. It was fun to visit historical places, admire beautiful scenery and enjoy amenities like the Swannery and Jurassic Beach. Then come 'home' to a roomy yet cosy cottage!

The cottage was perfect for us. Layout was great with a nice open kitchen diner which made a very social gathering place over the weekend. The front room was great, we lit the fire late Saturday afternoon and chatted with a few alcoholic beverages before having dinner. We would highly recommend this property and location to anyone.

The cottage was very spacious and had a remarkable feeling of being lost in a maze with its quirky floors and numerous rooms, which I favoured and so did my friends. The kitchen accessories and appliances were great, and came in very useful. The large living room was spacious, and fitted us all in nicely without feeling cramped.

The location was great, nice views from the house and walking around the area was nice. Having such a large house for the group of us to stay in, fully furnished and well looked after. I would definitely stay there again.

The location of the cottage was superb! The views in the morning from the master bedroom across the fields were breath taking at sunrise on a sunny spring day. We had four other couples join us for a birthday celebration and there was plenty of room. We would return.

An excellent location with lots of lovely countryside to look at and enjoy. Totally loved the tranquillity and space that this lovely old cottage provided. All the family thoroughly enjoyed the time we spent there. Hoping to return in the near future.

Cosy and comfortable cottage. We were 5 couples, walking and socialising over New Year and were well accommodated.

The cottage is in an idyllic location - particularly with the sheep field behind. It was very peaceful and little details, like rugs for the garden so we could sit out and enjoy the sunshine being provided, were very much appreciated.

Very lovely feel to the cottage, very family atmosphere, loved the playroom and the games and all the books. Beautiful views and the space of the cottage was fabulous for a large party. We thoroughly enjoyed it and feel it is an ideal cottage for families with young children.

The location was perfect. In the countryside, but close to cities and beaches. There was so much to do. The open fire was a great excuse to turn the TV off and chat.

The cottage was cosy, warm and comfortable. Lovely outlook and good layout for a mixed family group. Also, some lovely artwork which made the cottage more homely than just a rental property.

Good accommodation for family and close friends. Quiet location with good views of open countryside. Very good lounge with open fire but dining facilities in kitchen slightly cramped for ten adults.
