Bronwydd description

Holiday home
This stand-alone property is located on the outskirts of Llanbedrog and within easy access of Abersoch. It has been decorated with a careful blend of comfort, tradition and modern luxury. In this cottage, you will find character beams and a stone fireplace complemented by a contemporary kitchen and a modern bathroom which boasts its own double-ended spa-bath. Rear doors open onto a patio from which you can indulge in a spot of outdoor dining in the summer months. Four bedrooms allow this property to sleep up to seven people; a private haven for a party of friends or family.

Area
Llanbedrog is a small village that sits close to the sea as part of the Lleyn Peninsula. The beach here is extremely popular, benefiting from its southerly aspect. It offers huge expanses of fine sand with glorious views of Cardigan Bay. The shores are often visited by dolphins and porpoises and the sea is also popular for a variety of water-sports. Inland, the panorama is a stunning vista of rolling countryside and rugged Welsh hills. The Snowdonia National Park is within easy access, offering around 82 square miles of unspoilt scenery, which houses a diverse range of flora and fauna. Llanbedrog village also has its own hidden gems, such as Wales' oldest gallery, the Oriel Plas Glyn-Y-Weddw Arts Centre and St. Pedrog's 6th Century church.

Region
Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

We had a lovely holiday. Bronwydd was stunning and so cosy. The location was beautiful, with so much to do in Llanbedrog and nearby towns easy to get to. The kitchen was surprisingly well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Beautiful big garden . I spent my days walking round the coast, the headlands and neighbouring towns including Snowdonia, then finished them with a jet spa bath and TV infront of the open fire!! Perfect. !!! I am already planning my next trip to the cottage!!

It was a very welcoming and homely cottage in a wonderful location, obviously a much loved family holiday home. The enclosed garden gave the children a safe area to play in, and both the kitchen/diner and the lounge were great social areas. Perfect cottage, perfect location. Treated my parents and our dogs to a post christmas getaway. When we arrived we were very impressed by the outside and secure garden. Then to discover the cozy, well equipped inside. The front room with its log fire was a good send and super homely. The kitchen table offered an opportunity to share a cooked meal, some nice wine and good conversation. The location is excellent, short walk to a vista point of the beautiful llyn valley. And another short walk to an almost empty brach. We are all feeling very rested and impressed by this property. Owner was good communicator. Would highly recommend to and family. We will be going back next year.

There were two families including two teenagers and a baby sharing this cottage for a week. We all fell in love with the cottage and enjoyed the roaring fire every night. The kitchen was well equip and the appliances were of a high quality and worked wonderfully. We loved the location although the walk back to the cottage at night was always a killer. If you have problems with walking you will definitely need to drive out at night. We have visited abersoch every year for the past 20 years and are happy to have found this gem of a cottage. We are definitely considering a return here in the future.

Quirky cottage in a good location, coastal walks on your doorstep, waking up to stunning views we used the cottage as a base for an activity weekend spread across the peninsula. Lovely to relax beside the log fire on returning in the evening. Will definitely look into staying again.

This is a charming, well presented cottage, in an ideal location just a 10 minute walk to the beach. The accomodation was clean and to be frank the brochure photo's don't do the cottage a 100% justice. The views are fantastic and a quick walk and you are up on the headland with great views of abersoch and the mountains in the opposite direction. We had a great holiday and the owners allows a dog too - a real benefit. Well done to the owners.
