A very comfortable cottage, close to the sea but also close to the road networks if you want to go further afield. An ideal holiday place.

Great location with on site parking. Good central heating and general furnishings with an unexpected welcome pack of goodies. This cottage is quiet and in an accessible spot for the town and beach. The owner was more than accommodating with directions and a welcome note on arrival with his contact details if we needed them.

Liked everything. The cottage was a home from home, it was clean, comfy and in a great location. The owner has put a lot of thought and trouble into making the cottage a home. The bed in the master bedroom was a dream, so big and comfy. We will definitely be back.

The cottage was welcoming and comfortable and felt like home. It was only a 10 minute walk to the town centre and beach and there was a common opposite where we could walk our dog.

We loved the comfy beds, the excellent quality of all appliances and utensils, and the peace and quiet. The owners allowed us to take our three dogs which was much appreciated, they had a good holiday too!

We stayed for a week with our dog in this conveniently located cottage. Just a short walk from the town, and easy by car to the rest of Norfolk. The cottage was a quiet, warm & cosy base with everything we needed for a relaxing week, and good parking outside. The downstairs shower room with underfloor heating was great, the upstairs bath was huge, and the cottage was well equipped throughout, clean, and with really comfy beds. The Sky TV & wifi was a lovely extra & there was a thoughtful & generous welcome basket of goodies to get us started when we arrived. We plan to return!

The location and the high standard of Brook Cottage was perfect. The owner had left us a small banquet for our arrival. The cottage is within easy walking distance to the town. There are so many different walking routes to take with your dogs and together we had a great time. Another great benefit was local dog friendly pubs. Will visit again!

The cottage was great, very homely and well equipped. It was very clean and the welcome pack was brilliant. I would recommend this cottage to anyone especially dog owners as the common just across the road is so handy for the dogs to have a run and a good sniff. The cottage had everything you needed near by within walking distance.

This cottage was brilliant! The large welcome pack was much appreciated. The cottage was finished to a very high standard, very comfortable and very well located for many walks from the door. We intend to stay again but suspect we may have to book well in advance. Sykes service was extremely helpful and efficient.

Beautiful cottage! Plenty of room for us and our three boys. Towels and linen provided was of excellent quality, and the equipment in kitchen was top quality and plentiful. Lovely views to front, and pretty allotments/gardens to rear. Ideal cottage for dog owners, with plentiful walks on the doorstep.

I visited here with my husband and daughter (3 years), the communication was great very professional. The house was clean and organised. we where very please with accommodation. sky and Wi-Fi made for a convenient holiday. This cottage faces onto the common which is like a lovely meadow and backs onto the allotments so is very private. has an enclosed patio at rear with access down side, we kept our bikes in the court yard as both gates lockable. The fastest way into Sheringham is down a lovely footpath which follows a little stream, we cycled in but can be easily walked. There was a lovely range of products to welcome us to the cottage including tea, coffee, wine, orange juice, milk, fruit, bread and more!

My wife and I took our 2 dogs for a week's walking holiday. We wanted a comfortable cottage near the beach and that's exactly what we got. Really cosy and quite spacious accommodation with excellent facilities - and very warm even though outside it was freezing. It's only 5 minutes walk to the lovely Sheringham beaches and just a couple minutes more to the town centre where there are lots of nice pubs and shops. People all really friendly as well! So we would highly recommend Sheringham as a place to visit and Brook Cottage as a lovely place to stay. The owner also leaves a welcome package of food basics to help you get started - so we felt very welcome from the moment we arrived.
