This is a lovely spacious, well equipped cottage suitable for a family. It is very rural but close to all amenities. As we were there over Christmas it was so peaceful and we had no disturbances whatsoever, our family really enjoyed it all!

It was lovely to return to the cottage for a second occasion and it was just as we remembered it; clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were extremely comfortable. The cottage was well located to access all the wonderful sights of North Wales.

We have stayed in numerous houses/cottages over the years, and this was by far was the best we have ever stayed in. When we arrived we were blown away by how lovely the house was. It was exceptionally clean and had all the space (and more) we could possibly need. The wood pile was VERY welcome as it was quite a cold week. The gardens were amazing for the children and they absolutely adored collecting eggs and going to see the chickens. All beds were comfy, showers worked well and the heating was just about right (especially the amazing wood burner). Then to top it all, the things left for children to play with made our week just the best. The location is ideal, remote but close enough to lots of places to visit and shops not far away. There was very little more we could ask for.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The view from the garden over the hills was beautiful and the house was very homely. Went with two children and they both loved the cows mooing in the morning right by the garden fence.

Ideal location for exploring north Wales, property is immaculate with high quality interior furnishings and everything in full working order. We loved the farm location with the sheep, hens, cows and sheep dogs close by. The views from the property were amazing, we had perfect sunny weather and the garden was great for the children, safe and secure. We could not rate this property more highly, loved every moment and would certainly recommend. We hope to return one day , perfect home from home.

Lovely touches on arrival, milk in the fridge, fresh farm eggs and a paper. Owner provided two stair gates and two high chairs which was really helpful. Great living space with plenty of room for kids. Only 15 minutes from the A55, so a great base for North Wales.

We all had a fantastic holiday. There was everything you could need at the cottage, and it was immaculately clean and tidy. We could not fault it at all! It was an excellent base to visit coastal towns such as Rhyl, Llandudno and Colwyn Bay, and close to shops and pubs. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay, it was like home from home, and we wouldn't hesitate to visit again!

The accommodation was exceptional, from the wood for the fire and toys for our little one to the fresh eggs in the morning and great range in brochures of things to do. The decor was tasteful and neutral and amazing range of kitchen utilities were provided. The owner was very friendly and so helpful when we locked our selves out. Highly recommended.

The cottage was a joy to stay in; it was of a very high standard and was a good location for visiting the coast of North Wales. It was perfect for our baby and toddler, the latter particularly liking the good quality clean toys provided, and the cows, sheep, chickens and dogs that we could meet around our garden.

The property was lovely, large, very clean, well decorated and maintained. The garden was a bonus with two active teenagers and the raised decked area was lovely for sitting and enjoying the fantastic views across the hills. The property was well positioned to access the many places of interest - beaches, castles etc in North Wales.

The property is conveniently Located for beaches, castles, churches, walkers. The property was clean on arrival and well equipped in all rooms, although was advertised to have 2 did players and there was only 1, but as the weather was so fantastic the whole week luckily we didn't need 2. The conservatory was lovely and comfortable with fabulous views over the local country side. We had plenty of room inside and out but the first 2 days were upset by the owners 2 dogs that were allowed to roam freely in the property garden. We had to clean up the dog mess ourselves and 1 of the dogs nipped my son on the leg, needless to say we contacted the owners who did come and collect the dogs within a few hours. After that we had a fabulous time and if we could be guaranteed there would be no dogs we would visit again.

The cottage is delightful, spacious, excellently maintained, has stunning views and provides everything necessary for a comfortable, relaxed break. The location is ideally central to all the popular North Wales destinations. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. To sum up our views-we would love to live here!

The cottage was really comfortable with good facilities, we enjoyed our stay there. we couldn't fault the downstairs accomodation. the only negative with the upstairs was that the bedrooms felt a little enclosed as the window were very small and low to the ground, so therefore, for safety reasons, only opened a little, so got a little stuffy. the biggest fault was that the owners dogs were allowed free reign of the garden - this was not mentioned in the decription of the property as we have 2 small children, they also used the garden as a toilet so we had to check it when we wanted to use it. when i contacted the owners, they seemed surprised that we didn't want to play with the dogs?

This is spacious and well appointed accommodation in a rural setting. Don't be put off by a "Street View" image of what appears to be a small scrapyard at the entrance to the property. This is only a hard working local garage on an adjoining site which caused us no problems. Try not to arrive for the first time in the dark. Access is along a network of narrow lanes which have their own charm, but could cause navigation problems. The accommodation is well equipped and spotlessly clean - a credit to its owners. For dining you have the option of a large dining table in the spacious kitchen, an alternative in a conservatory or outdoor dining at a table in a raised garden area. We were there on a blazing hot week when all doors were kept open, but the owners two collie dogs were amazingly well behaved. Never once did they attempt to enter the house and were lovely with our 11-month-old grandson. The property is a credit to its owners and we would have no hesitation in returning.
