This area is particularly cosy with two comfortable sofas and a leather chair set in front of an open fireplace with stone surround. TV and DVD (can also play CDs)
KITCHEN/DINING AREA Small but well equipped, modern kitchen with stylish new units, 4-ring gas hob, electric oven, fridge (with freezer compartment), washer/dryer and microwave. Good sized dining table with 6 chairs (incl. 2 folding). Door out to rear passageway and terrace area
BEDROOMS Three in total. 1st floor - Master bedroom with double bed, bedside units, wardrobe and en suite shower room, with power shower, wash-hand basin and w.c. Second bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and bedside units. 2nd floor (attic) - twin bedroom with 3' single beds and stairgate. N.B. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels provided (tenants are required to bring own beach towels) *Towels not supplied for short breaks

PARKING The long-stay car park is a three minute walk away. Weekly passes can be purchased from our Salcombe office
