There is much to see and do nearby with sandy beaches a short drive away at Westward Ho! Widemouth Bay and Bude. Visit the pretty cliff-side village of Clovelly with its steep cobbled streets leading to a pretty harbour. The Milky Way and The Big Sheep are both on your doorstep and have excellent all-weather activities for families. After a days hectic sightseeing relax on the patio enjoy a drink or even a good book whilst cooking alfresco on the BBQ all the while planning your next day s adventure. Farm activities: visitors can see the animals and the day-to-day activities on the farm or wander across the fields. Play facilities: let the children play in the large enclosed garden (a real suntrap) with swing/slide and football goal. The stylish and contemporary accommodation has many character features with exposed stonework and beams and offers THREE bedrooms: 1 king-size with TV/DVD/Freeview built in wardrobes and en-suite shower room with WC and heated towel rail and 1 twin room with fitted wardrobes TV/DVD/Freeview and en-suite shower room with WC and heated towel rail both situated downstairs. Upstairs there is a further twin bedroom with exposed A-frame beams fitted wardrobes TV and door leading out to a small decked balcony with seating and steps leading down to the large rear garden. Lounge/kitchen/diner: situated downstairs open-plan area with wooden flooring in lounge and slate flooring with underfloor heating in the kitchen. Lounge area with woodburner TV/DVD recorder Freeview hi-fi sofas and many homely features.
