The village of Starbotton is made up of a group of stone-built dwellings, and has at its heart the local pub where fine ales and good food are served. The hit film Calendar Girls was filmed in this area and at other nearby locations. With such a diversity of scenery including waterfalls, caves, interesting and historic market towns, this is a perfect base from which to enjoy the beautiful Dales.
