The spa town of Harrogate is only 9 miles away and offers a broad selection of individual shops, pubs and restaurants together with turkish baths, and a Georgian theatre. Before you leave, make sure you take time out to have afternoon tea at Betty’s. Studley Royal and Brimham Rocks, both National Trust sites, are a short drive away.
