The Rodwell trail is popular for a gentle stroll or cycle and follows the old railway line from Weymouth to Portland and Chesil Beach, a stop at Ferrybridge for the acclaimed Crab House Cafe is a popular option. Newton's cove is another local beach and walk, with stunning views of Portland Harbour and the Bay.
