This holiday property is located close to the harbour town of St-Germain-sur-Ay with its salt marshes and peaceful grazing sheep. It is part of a 19th century farmhouse, which has been fully renovated for comfort but it still retains some original features. It has an enclosed 500m² south-west facing terrace, and shared use of a large yard and an outbuilding, where guests can find a ping-pong table. Shop and restaurant 4km, beach 5km.Ground floor: Lounge, kitchen/diner, shower room with toilet and basin, separate toilet, 1 double bedroom. First floor: 2 bedrooms: 1 double leading to 1 twin plus single bed.Electric heating, woodburner in lounge, cot, highchair, 3 colour TVs (French channels only), 2 DVD players, washing machine, dishwasher, freezer, microwave, shared lawned garden, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, off road parking for 3 cars. One pet welcome. No smoking please. NB: Open-tread stairs to first floor. Sloping ceilings and low beams in first floor rooms.
