South facing stone-fronted cottage with panoramic sea and mountain views on a secluded site in Connemara in the West of Ireland.
The Ground Floor has a large Sitting room with open fire, Kitchen/Dining Room opening onto a sunny terrace and garden, two bedrooms (one double and one single) and a bathroom . The First-Floor has two bedrooms (one double and one twin) and a shower room with wash-hand-basin and toilet.
Colour television, DVD, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, duvets/blankets.
Oil fired central heating. Linen included (except towels). Electricity and oil extra.
Suitable for up to seven people.
This cottage is on a farm, is very private and is set back from the road, at the foot of Errisbeg Mountain and is furnished and equipped to a high standard.
Dog's Bay Beach and Gorteen Beach are 5 minutes walk away where you can enjoy swimming, sailing, wind-surfing etc. and long coastal walks.
The romantic picturesque fishing village of Roundstone which is two miles away, has a spectacular harbour, several good restaurants, pubs and shops etc..
Clifden, the 'Capital of Connemara', is 12 miles away.

Not only can the beaches be enjoyed from the swimmers and other aquatic water sports point of view, but to those that are interested, the sand is pure white as it is not formed of quartz grain but of shells exclusively.
