LOCATIONThe property is in a glorious position on the south side of the Combe Valley, just 200 yards or so from the sandy beach at South Sands which also offers a full range of watersports facilities during the main season. A water ferry service runs to Salcombe town every 30 minutes throughout the summer.

In addition there is a central breakfast bar/island with four stools. The dining area has an extending oak table with eight leather backed chairs and estuary views. BEDROOMSFour in total, all doubles. Three of the bedrooms are set up as twins, each with two 3' singles beds - two of the twin bedded rooms have a large en suite shower room. The fourth bedroom has a King size bed. N.B. All duvets, pillows and bed linen are provided - tenants need to bring or hire all towels.
BATH/SHOWER ROOMSIn addition to the two en suite shower rooms is a family bathroom with bath, shower over, w.c., and hand basin, and further shower room with shower, w.c. and hand basin, plus a seperate w.c. with hand basin.

GAMES ROOMOn the lower level and below the main accomodation is a good sized games room, equipped with table football, Nintendo Wii console*, surround sound television, video and iPod station.
