Downs View is a bungalow in the village of Norton Ferris, situated on the owner's pig and arable farm on the borders of Wiltshire. The bungalow sleeps eight people and has four bedrooms, one with a king-size bed, two with standard double beds and one with twin beds, along with a family bathroom and family shower room with a separate basin and WC. Also in the cottage is a kitchen with a breakfast area seating six, a sitting room and a conservatory with a dining area. Outside is off road parking for three cars and an enclosed garden with a patio, an unfenced pond, furniture and a barbecue. Situated on the borders of Wiltshire, Dorset and Somerset, Downs View is a lovely family cottage all year round.

An ideal walking area and very well placed for exploring numerous National Trust properties and gardens.

Note: There is a working pig and arable farm next to the property, therefore there will be associated farm smells and sounds. Note: Dogs to be kept on a lead due to livestock nearby. Note: The B3092 runs outside the property and there may be some associated traffic noise.
