A beautiful, tranquil setting. Had easy access to the beach and was a short drive to Filey/Scarborough/Whitby etc.

We loved the location of the cottage and the facilities included were fantastic. The cottage was clean and had everything we needed. A bonus for us was our dog being able to stay with us too. Overall a brilliant break, thanks!

The accommodation was lovely as was the location. It was perfect for staying in the area to go swimming, have a relaxing lunch at the cafe, pub, or going out to York and Scarborough.

We loved the property as it offered a modern, homely and comfy stay. We especially loved the enclosed patio and garden as this was ideal for our dog. There is lots to do at the Bay and we will definitely visit again.

Upon arrival I was amazed by this remote holiday village close to Filey. There are an abundance of facilities on site which we were able to use including the swimming pool. The beach is only a short distance away which allows a great walk into Filey itself. The accommodation was spotless and a very peaceful location meaning all in all a very relaxing holiday. There is a fantastic pub onsite also, the John Paul Jones which servers great food (and shows sky sports for when it's raining!). I would definitely visit again and recommend to all.

The accommodation was very good and convenient to many places. The beach was very easy to get and at this time of the year the dogs were allowed to enjoy it. I would most certainly go back again, it was lovely and relaxing.

Just spent a fantastic week with husband, granddaughter and dog in this amazing cottage. It's the most homely, clean and well equipped cottage we've stayed in. It was so child friendly with books and games for rainy days. It's close to amenities on site and only a short drive to Filey, Scarborough, Bridlington and North Yorkshire moors. We'll definitely be returning for another break.
