The small village of Castlemaine is the gateway to the Dingle Peninsula and the Ring of Kerry, and is located on the harbour of Castlemaine. Close by is the town of Tralee, which offers museums, shops and restaurants, plus the Dingle Peninsula boasts excellent walking.
