The home can accommodate up to eight people with two double bedrooms, a wooden challet that sleeps 2 and a double sofa bed in the lounge. An open plan living area split into two levels with a curved staircase leading down into a stunning blue kitchen/diner flooded with natural light. The kitchen has french doors leading onto the patio and a private garden. There is a private balcony on the top floor that overlooks the park and town. The location is prime with everything Dingle and the surrounding landscape has to offer on your doorstep.

Relaxing in the garden you forget you are in the centre of town as the garden backs onto the park so its peaceful and surrounded by lush trees. There is also a sun soaked balcony off the main bedroom on the top floor. At the bottom of the garden is a wooden challet that sleeps 2 with its own bathroom that includes shower, toilet and sink.
Dundreemin has a split level open plan living area with a lounge on the higher level that leads down to the kitchen/diner. The lounge has lovely leather couches, large flat screen TV, a wood burning stove and leads down into the kitchen by an open curved staircase. The kitchen area full of light with a beautiful natural stone walls, contemporary kitchen, a large wooden dining table with high backed rattan chairs plus all the mod-cons.
There are three bathrooms, one next to the downstairs bedroom which has a toilet, sink, shower and bath, the other an ensuite with the 2nd floor bedroom and has a sink, toilet and shower. The third shower room is in the wooden challet in the garden.
There are two bedrooms, the top room is on the second floor and has a double bed, ensuite and balcony overlooking Dingle park and town. The other bedroom is on the ground floor & there is a basement room which can be used as a playroom or utility. There is a sofa bed in the lounge that sleeps two extra if needed.
The garden has a wooden challet pefect for a couple or older children to stay in. There is storage, a desk, a double sofa bed and its own bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet.
Dishwasher, washing machine, double oven, large frige/freezer, a cafetierre, kettle, toaster, hairdryer, wood burning stove, iron and ironing board.

The price of your stay with us includes 5* white linen sheets for each bedroom and fluffy white towels (two per person).
On arrival your property will be cleaned to our 5* hotel standard, but should you require any mid stay cleans or a change of linen and towels there is a standard price for each of these and this can be paid for during the booking process in UPGRADES. Alternatively you can arrange these with your Local Manager on check in.
In order to give you the best value price the total cost of your accommodation does not include linen or towels for sofa beds (as you may not be using this). Linen and towels for the sofa bed must be booked at time of booking in UPGRADES. (Please note if sofa bed linen has not been booked it may not be possible to provide this on the same day as your check in).
All our properties have the same high quality linen & cleaning so you can be rest assured of the same YNA standard every time you stay with us.
The check in time for all Ireland properties is 4.30pm. Please check your arrival form for the exact time. We try to be as flexible as possible and if you arrive early and the property is free and prepared we can check you in early. If your property is mid-preparation we will let you drop your luggage at your property and let you know as soon as it is ready. (Please note you must notify your Manager if you intend to change your arrival time. If you do not notify your Manager of a change of arrival time a 30 Euro surcharge will apply at your meet and greet)
The check out time is 10.30am. Again if we do not have an arrival that day or we do not need immediate access to prepare the accommodation for the next guest we allow you to check out at your leisure that day
EARLY ARRIVAL FEES before 9am
If your accommodation is available and prepared there is a 30 Euro surcharge for check ins before 9am.
LATE ARRIVAL FEES after 9pm
Please note for guest arrivals at all accommodation there is a 30 Euro charge for arrivals after 9pm
(If a guest does not pay the surcharge for a late or early arrival at check in then this amount will be charged to your credit card plus a £15 administration fee)
Please note we cannot accept arrivals after 12.00am/ midnight. In the case of delayed flights please inform us if you cannot arrive within the check-in time limit of 12.00 am/ midnight and we will arrange to leave a key OR to meet you at a convenient time the next morning.
PLEASE NOTE: Your Nice Apartment can provide a letter for your insurance company stating you could not spend the first night in your booked accommodation due to an unacceptably delayed flight.
