This townhouse is a luxury 3 bed-roomed house set on the first floor, with superb views and aspects. The hall and approach area is tiled in cream, with deep pile carpeted bedrooms and vintage oak wooden flooring in the living area. The living area and kitchen are open-plan and therefore bright and very spacious. The sitting area consists of a plush 4-seater sofa,2-large bean bag seats and large Queen Anne chair. A black coloured traditional wood burning stove is surrounded by a black granite hearth, alongside coffee tables all on a vintage oak style wooden floor. The living area, as well as having a great view of Clifden Square from a front corner window, has a 28” plasma wall mounted television screen, with cable and DVD functions. The kitchen is completely equipped with all one might need, for cooking or entertaining. All cutlery and crockery is high quality as are the washer, drier, fridge freezer, hob, and all other modern appliances. The kitchen colour scheme is cream with a black granite counter-top providing an elegant contrast. The dining room features a white dining table and chairs to seat 6. Perfect for entertaining friends & family The master bedroom with its king sized timber sledge bed. It is fitted with bedside lockers, lamps and a large wardrobe and two single futon Beds, if required. This room has an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom is also roomy, with a king size bed. It is a bright cream and pink room which also enjoys great sunlight. This room also has an ensuite shower room. The third bedroom is equipped with good quality double bed and share the main bathroom of the house. This townhouse is great for families & friends, for relaxing or entertaining. It is an extremely comfortable and an enjoyable place to stay. The townhouse is in a great location so it means none of the hassle of driving or getting taxis to and from the town. There is underground parking directly across the road from the apartment. Clifden, Connemara Set between the Atlantic Ocean, 12 Ben Mountains and preserved boglands, lies the town of Clifden on the Coast of Connemara. Enhanced by spectacular scenery, championship golfing, horse-riding, walking, cycling, hill walking, beaches, fishing, scubadiving, painting, national parks, abbeys, castle ruins and over 5,000 years of living history. you can take a wonderful walk up the Sky Road, it is a great way to see the wonderful backdrop to the town along with the two church spires, which give Clifden its distinctive skyline. Along the Sky Road is a gateway leading to the ruins of the old D’Arcy mansion, Clifden Castle. Once a Gothic Mansion, the D’Arcy’s lived here until 1850 when the estate was sold to the Eyre Family who lived here at intervals until the castle fell into ruin in the early 20th century.Clifden town ‘the Capital of Connemara’ oozing history, heritage, culture & traditions of Irish Music and Dance. This vibrant town has an array of shops ranging from quality gifts, souvenir, sweaters, to fashionable boutiques, antique shops and art galleries. There are many cosy coffee shops, bakery, pubs that are genuine ‘quaint-Irish’ to the more trendy where entertainment is plentiful with traditional, modern music and dance. Clifden has a reputation for the West’s ‘Gourmet Capital’ – it has the finest of restaurants from fine dining to pub food.
