A home from home, brilliant property and hosts. Would absolutely recommend friends and family to stay at this cottage! The owners were great - true Irish hospitality!

The cottage itself was clean and tidy, and had everything we could possibly need. In a very peaceful location, but with very easy access to major routes to more popular destinations such as Cork, Blarney, Limerick, Dingle etc. Would definitely stay here again.

We appreciated the warm welcome, the quiet location and the lovely sense that the house was ours for the week. The location was fantastic for exploring the south west of Ireland.

We had an absolutely wonderful time. The cottage could not have been better. We travelled far and wide but always so glad to return home. We made a fire each day and marveled at each day's sunset. The view are breathtaking . We look forward to a return trip. We would highly recommend Gortna Gloss .

It was in a quiet location central enough for me to visit friends and various tourist attractions. I loved the rural ambience. Owners were attentive but not intrusive. It was an ideal place to have a quiet rest and to get a sense of Ireland today. I loved the open fire which we used every day. House was cosy with the fire and the heating throughout.

We adored our stay at Gortna Gloss, it was the perfect size, with all the comforts of home. Even our children, would whine and cry when it was time to leave for the day. Gortna Gloss, and the owners blew our expectations out of the water, and made our trip better than we could have ever imagined, and we are planning another vacation back, just for the cottage!

We were met with a warm welcome at the cottage by the owners who instantly made us feel at home, they were so friendly and helpful. When we arrived after a long day, there was a cosy fire already burning in the living room and tea and coffee and a selection of biscuits in the kitchen. The cottage itself was clean and tidy, and had everything we could possibly need. In a very peacful location, but very easy access to major routes to more popular destinations such as Cork, Blarney, Limerick, Dingle, Killarney, and Cliffs of Moher. Would definitely stay here again.

We were extremely impressed with this accommodation from the moment the owner, Bridie, welcomed us to the door. There were some starter food supplies already waiting to start us off and a lit open fire to get us settled into our stay. The accommodation was perfect for our needs with plenty of space and lots of info/leaflets on local places of interest to visit. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and well stocked with towels and bedding. A comfy place all round. The added bonus for us (coming from a city) was the secure enclosed and beautifully landscaped garden - perfect for energetic kids to burn off some energy!! We also enjoyed some fantastic wildlife in the garden and surrounding areas. The owner went to a lot of trouble to ensure our visit was exceptional. Will definitely be back!

We had a great stay, the location is perfect, the home is wonderful and very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend to others. The cottage is located perfectly so you are close to Dingle and Ring of Kerry, but away from all the tourist areas. It was great being away in the quiet countryside.

Lovely bunalow. Warm welcome. Perfect holiday home. Bungalow is about a mile and half from the main road but is in a lovely setting, peaceful and has all the features you could want. Only one bathroom which when at full occupancy as we were could lead to queues at times but that is me being picky. Place was perfect for exploring surrounding area and lots of information on places to visit at the property.
