Dating from 1674, Luntley Court (ref 13708) is a fine example of a Grade II listed half-timbered manor house. The interior has beams throughout, flagstone floor, oak panelling, 17th century oak staircases and galleried dining area. Within the grounds, there are some outbuildings which have been renovated to offer two very comfortable properties, The Granary (ref W44172) and Gable End (ref W44173) and all enjoy the beautiful surroundings of the Herefordshire countryside. The 10 acres of grounds are shared between the three properties and are bordered by a stream, a dovecote dated 1673 and a lake. Each property also has its own dedicated garden area. It is a superb location for discovering the Welsh Marches, Hay-on-Wye renowned for its books and known as the book capital of the world, Ludlow popular for its food festivals and the cathedral city of Hereford, are all within 16 miles. There is something for everyone, wonderful walking and cycling areas, lots of historic places of interest such as castles and National Trust houses. Enjoy the Black and White Village Trail which are more than just pretty places to visit, each village with its own character and community, with tea rooms, shops, craft workshops and pubs waiting to welcome the visitor. The nearest town is Leominister, 6 miles. Supermarket 6 miles. Nearest village is Pembridge, 1½ miles with gift shop, pubs and restaurant.
