Greystoke offered a beautiful house, great for a large family holiday and in a perfect location for both the beach and nearby Snowdonia. We would highly recommend it to friends.

This was an amazing property that is beautifully decorated and furnished, and had everything that you could possibly want. Just fantastic - thank you.

It's a great house and is clearly maintained with pride. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and only wish it could have been for longer! We would recommend this house to anyone and hopefully will use it again at some point in the not-so-distant future. The owners communication was absolutely excellent and helpful in the extreme.

Fantastic house and location, was easy to get to several places around. There was lots to do and the house was a great size.

We had a lovely holiday at Greystoke. We all enjoyed the location of the house and really liked the whole atmosphere, the rooms were spacious and well furnished. Loved the log burner too! Would definitely like to come again.

We spent a rather rainy week at Greystoke in July. The house is, frankly, huge! The bedrooms are very spacious, the beds were new and very comfortable. There are two good-sized lounges with plenty of seating, and a large and very well-equipped kitchen. The master bedroom has a lovely view of Criccieth Castle, and the sea behind it. Criccieth itself was a good place to holiday. It's not very "beach-commercial" - don't expect bucket-and-spade shops and arcades, but the beaches are clean and uncrowded, and the water quality is good. One evening we briefly spotted a bottlenose dolphin swimming in the bay, which was a bonus! The house really is a five-minute walk from the beach, but the route is moderately steep in places so may be challenging for people with mobility difficulties. Being a house on three floors, you need to be comfortable with going up and down stairs! However, the downstairs bedroom is accessible with no stairs, and is equipped with a nicely fitted shower and toilet. Do note that there are a couple of small steps at the front door, which would be awkward for wheelchair users. We enjoyed our week there, and would definitely go back.

A beautiful house and gardens with plenty of off road parking. There was lots of space for everyone. In a great location in walking distance to a number of good restaurants and shops. We hope to return.
