Also, the South West Coastal Path is close to the property, with many other fine local walking areas.

Paignton is within easy reach and is one of the most popular destinations for families in the English Riviera. The area has a host of attractions; restaurants, cafes, cinema, beautiful golden sands and the popular Paignton Zoo that will keep the whole family entertained. The property is also perfectly positioned to take the steam train to Kingswear, ferry to Dartmouth or to visit Dartmoor and the many National Trust properties that Devon has to offer.

The property is accessed by eight shallow steps with hand rails from the front gate, and five from the side gate, with a paved ramp to the rear door. Parking in the carport for one car with two cars on the drive.
