Cottage was perfect, cosy but big enough for our two teenage daughters too. Great base for exploring the Peak District.

We stayed at this cottage at the end of a very rainy November. It was very cosy, comfortable and well equipped.

A beautiful cottage, spotlessly clean and tastefully presented. Huge, extremely comfy bed.

The location of the property meant you had easy access to a lot of interests and amenities without having to travel a huge distance. The cottage was small but very quaint and made an ideal place to stay with everything you would need to make your stay comfortable. The local pub next door is amazing with a great welcome and fabulous food.

Great cottage, comfortable, cosy, everything we expected and more. Handy for all parts of the Peak District and dog friendly to boot. The dog friendly pub next door made the visit perfect for us.

Stayed for 7 days, Friday to Friday. Lovely cottage and perfect for me, mum, dad, sister and dog to stay in. Good facilities and some lovely walks around here. Had all kinds of weather - snow, rain and sun! Although the parking was a struggle. Overall had a good week.

What a splendid little cottage in the middle of Kniveton, albeit on a busy road I guess there isn't too much traffic over New Year as it wasn't an issue. Very comfortable and cosy, well equipped with plenty of room for a family of four with a dog. Best points, the fire, the amazing bed in the double bedroom! And the nice touches like the Xmas tree and bottle of prosseco waiting on the table for us. A very nice cosy feel to this quirky place. Thoroughly enjoyed time had by all.

What an excellent cottage - lovely, warm and cosy. The double bed is extremely comfortable. The cottage is very clean and is situated almost next door to the local pub which serves fantastic food and everyone in there is so friendly. We will definitely be back.

A very pretty cottage in a very pretty quiet village, in easy reach of local footpaths for walking and cycling.
